What to Bring Daily: Cleats, sneakers (for the weight room), individual water bottles, and a locked-in attitude.
Attendance Policy: Every session matters. This block combines our track-principled speed work and the 4th Quarter Strength System to build durability for the grueling season ahead. Missing days puts you behind in conditioning and depth-chart evaluations.
